German car manufacture Porsche have been absorbed of blames leading to the death of fast and furious super star Paul walker, the law suite which was filed by the widow of his friend blaming the renowned car manufacturing company for failing to install safety features in the car walker was riding with his friend before the
crash.
The law suite filed by Kristine Rodas was rejected by US district judge Phillip Gutierrez in the words of the judge " the plaintiff has provided no competent evidence that Roda,s death occured as a result of any wrong doing on the path of the defendant"
Walker who was believed to be on recess after filming the seventh episode of the fast and furions before the accident which saw the car crashing on trees before eventually bursting into flames, however the Los Angeles highway patrol have attributed the cause of the accident to excessive speed rather than mechanical problems as earlier reported.
